Apple Sued Over iTunes Distribution Model: What’s Your Opinion?
| marzec 13th, 2008It ain’t easy being on top. The Associated Press reports that the Apple is being sued by Atlanta-based ZapMedia Services, Inc., which states that the way the music is distributed from iTunes to an iPod via the Internet is in direct violation of patents that it applied for in 1999.
